Terms of service

These terms apply to paid programming consulting engagements offered by Sync Ridge Consulting (SSM 202103308540, owner Hafizuddin bin Omar).

Services

We provide systems integration and data synchronisation consulting as scoped project work or ongoing technical advisory. Deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined only in a written statement of work or engagement letter signed by both parties.

Client responsibilities

You will provide timely access to systems, documentation, and decision-makers needed for the scope. Delays caused by missing credentials or approvals may shift milestones.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed, custom integration code developed under a paid project is assigned to you upon full payment. Pre-existing tools and libraries remain under their original licences.

Confidentiality

Both parties will protect non-public technical and business information shared during the engagement.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim arising from consulting services is limited to the fees paid for the specific statement of work giving rise to the claim, except where Malaysian law prohibits such limitation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes may be brought before the courts of Malaysia or, where eligible, the Tribunal for Consumer Claims.
