Refund policy

Paid programming consulting is offered by Sync Ridge Consulting (SSM 202103308540). This policy applies to consulting fees invoiced for integration and data synchronisation work.

Eligibility

Refunds apply to prepaid fees that have not yet been earned against delivered milestones. Work that has been performed, accepted, or deployed is non-refundable except where required by the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

Timeframe

Proposed, pending business confirmation: Service fees may be refunded within 7 calendar days of written engagement confirmation if no billable work has started. After work begins, fees convert to earned revenue per the statement of work.

Deposits and milestones

Deposits secure scheduling and environment access. Milestone payments are non-refundable once the described milestone deliverables are supplied, even if you choose not to deploy them.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Discovery calls may be rescheduled with twenty-four hours' notice. Late cancellations of reserved advisory blocks may forfeit that block's fee.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within fourteen business days unless banking rules require longer.

Statutory rights

Nothing here limits rights you may have under Malaysian consumer law, including claims before the Tribunal for Consumer Claims up to RM 50,000 where applicable.
